Disappointing to see employees not wearing masks. i would expect a medical facility to have more respect for the health of their clients. Pets can get covid too. Dr. Clay (who we saw today ) was wearing a mask.

Very nice place. The people were very nice. Place was clean and there was no smell at all. The doctor was really good with our puppy. Highly recommend.

Brought our bunny in for a spay and they took great care of her. Will definitely be coming here for a future vet needs for our two rabbits.

We just had out first annual appointment here after a horrifying experience at Chittenden animal clinic the previous year, and absolutely loved the care we received.We brought our 6 year old cat in for her annual vaccines and check up. She was calm the entire visit, no hissing, no clawing, no biting, just chill. The vet tech we saw was very knowledgeable. She pointed out two of the vaccines Chittenden was giving her were 100% unnecessary so we went from 4 annual shots to 2, woo!We came back a few weeks later after adopting a second cat and saw a different vet tech (technically two that day) who was amazing as well. There was a slight mix up when we checked in but no harm came of it. It's actually a funny story, it turns out there was another appointment scheduled at the exact same time as ours for a different cat with the same name. They were really quick to catch the mix up, and I honestly can't hold it against them, what are the odds you know? We ended up seeing the tech for the other cat's appointment briefly and then the one scheduled for our appointment when everyone pieced together what happened. Both techs were awesome.We're very happy we came here instead of our regular vet and have moved to make this our primary vet contact. We would honestly schedule appointments with any of the three techs we saw again because they instilled a lot of confidence in us in their quality of care, bedside manner, and knowledge.

I can’t say enough about the care and concern they showed for my dog, myself, and my partner. My dog suffered from seizures three times now, and the first time he was having one, everywhere we went either turned us away, or asked for $300+ upfront for an emergency visit. I understand not all vet clinics are emergency clinics but the fact that the majority of them that day didn’t even bother to recommend us to another facility. Immediately upon parking my car and calling GAH they rushed outside and took our boy in to instantly start diagnosing and treating with the upmost respect for us and our dog. What was truly a very stressful three days, turned into a very hopeful and positive situation. This is now our primary clinic, and I highly recommend them to anyone else!

I love this place. Dr Warman is our favorite vet Dr. The staff truly loves what they do. I can’t imagine going to another vet.

GAH has served my family and our pets for decades; I appreciate all they have done for us and would recommend them to anyone.

I took my cat in with an upper respiratory infection. They gave her ear medicine, and told me if she was still exhibiting symptoms (sneezing) after the medicine was gone to let them know. I called back and asked for antibiotics, and was told to pick up the meds. When I got home, I realized the meds were in tablet form. My cat is feral. Unable to be medicated with pills When I called back to change the medication out for liquid, I was told I would have to pay for both! What a rip off! Will never go there again!!!

We quit going there after a horrible experience a few months ago. They ignored my concerns (a whole page worth of concerns that they ignored) about my dog despite me bringing him in multiple times in less than a week, told me he was “acting sicker than he was” told me to give him chicken noodle soup, and when I asked about additional testing they told me it “wasn’t necessary.” My NOT EVEN TWO YEAR OLD ,HEALTHY UNTIL THEY GAVE HIM MEDICINE FOR A HURT LEG, DOG DIED LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER. THEN they didn’t respond to my phone call until I sent a nasty email to them and then had the nerve to ask if I gave the right dosage of medicine. Unprofessional, not caring, rude. I spoke with my neighbor earlier this week and she’s had similar negative experiences regarding their professionalism. Awful vet.

We love our vet and the staff here. Our Husky gets plenty of love.

We have been here a LOT due to having a dog with a chronic (autoimmune) condition. The employees are helpful, professional, and always upbeat. They are great with our dogs. They're always super busy, but I see that as evidence of a good business.

My cat was having skin issues out of the blue and I was concerned. I called and they got him in the same morning to see what was going on. Dr Rouche took such great care of him and she kept loving all over him while she did her exam. She and the staff were very professional and it was obvious how much they truly care about animals. I was given a full explanation of what treatment was needed and was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. I appreciate having Gahanna Animal Hospital so close for times like these. My cat started getting better right away and has not had issues since. I would recommend them to anyone!

As you all know with the health crisis going on, going to the vet is a different experience. You go, you call when you get there, they come out to your car and get your pet, etc. It was the best it could be considering the circ*mstances. Every body was professional, friendly, and quick, as usual.

Excellent care and support from passionate and knowledgeable professionals. It's such a relief to know GAH is in our corner. Really.
