1. Chopping Is Must

Put five hundred grams of lamb on a chopping board and mince it into small pieces. Now finely dice one onion and chop parley leaves and mint leaves. Crush the garlic cloves and keep them aside.

2. Making Of The Kofta

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chopped onions and minced garlic until they are tender. Add a few spoons of cumin seeds and chili flakes and sauté them for 2 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Toasted Cumin Seeds
  • 1 bunch Mint Leaves (bashed)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook onions and garlic in it until tender.

  • Add a little cumin and chili flakes to it and sauté for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool.

  • In a mixing bowl, add the minced lamb and the onion mixture. Also, add mint, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper to it.
