I have joined the Instant Pot club, y'all! I received a pressure cooker as a gift for Christmas and I can't wait to get started sharing new recipes with each one of you. I already have so many ideas and requests, I don't know where to get started. Have you been feeling the same? Since it's January and I'm still on a soup kick, here's a roundup of my top dairy-free soup recipes to try ASAP!
Being an Instant Pot beginner, I have so many recipes I want to try! From vegan homemade yogurt to soup and desserts, I'm getting a little overwhelmed by the power of this thing. Soups seem like an easy place to start – plus it's chilly out and what's better than a big bowl of soup?? Let me know if you have any must-try pressure cooker soups in the comments below! The following recipes are all dairy-free, most are actually vegan or can easily be made vegan too.

I love finding healthy recipes for the instant pot! I've seen so many that look good but aren't the most nutritious or user-friendly for people that are restricted from certain foods. Thanks for putting together an awesome resource!
